Experience Summary:

Mr. Renville has over 16 years of experience in the abatement industry as a Project Designer, Project Manager, Superintendent, and QA/QC Manager. Mr. Renville is responsible for managing the project team, ensuring contract scope of work requirements and guidelines are met, implementing health and safety requirements, coordination with the client, managing the budget and schedule, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met for the following contracts: Mr. Renville is skilled at identifying complex problems, reviewing relevant information, evaluating options, and implementing the safest most cost effective and beneficial solution for the client.  He has managed and directed crews of up to 50 individuals, confidently adapts to various working teams and environments, and is committed and experienced with adhering to State Regulations, Guidelines and Standards.  

 


 

William “Bo” Posey, Jr. Vice President

Experience Summary: 

Mr. Posey has over 19 years of experience in the abatement/construction industry as a Worker, Supervisor, Superintendent, Project Manager, and AHERA Trainer. William “Bo” Posey, Jr. started in the abatement industry in 1996. He worked with them as a worker originally and moved up to a Supervisor running jobs on Ft. Carson. William has done removal in 8 different states including Colorado (Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Wyoming and Washington). William was responsible for overseeing crews of up to 25 people, allocating man hours, and conducting daily safety training. In 2011, William decided to move from field operations to managing projects. Since then he has been responsible for bidding, billing and overseeing all aspects of the projects for which he was awarded.
